About this role

AdventHealth Manchester is hiring a full-time Manager of Environmental Services at its hospital campus in Manchester, Kentucky. ### What you'll do - Oversee daily environmental services operations, assigning duties to ensure adequate staffing and supplies across each shift. - Supervise all EVS staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, progressive discipline, and termination recommendations. - Manage linen distribution systems and maintain tracking and accountability of linen inventory. - Coordinate ATP-GEL compliance processes and report inspection results to leadership for staff notification and training. - Prepare, monitor, and control the department's annual budget, including labor hours and supply costs. - Ensure adherence to TJC, OSHA, and applicable federal, state, and local environmental and hazardous materials regulations. ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. - 3+ years of technical environmental services experience required. - 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. - Working knowledge of environmental cleaning techniques and regulatory standards (TJC, OSHA, Joint Commission). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with intermediate computer skills. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. ### What's included - Salary range: $47,158–$87,706 per year. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Manchester is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network committed to whole-person care in body, mind, and spirit.
