- Company name, role, and account type (recruiter or employer)
- Billing information (processed by our payment processor, Stripe)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) when used to look up a candidate profile
- Resume, cover letter, and other application content
- Communications with us (support emails, in-product messages)
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and other usage data via cookies and analytics tools
- Referring URLs and UTM parameters
Information from third parties:
- Public provider directory data sourced from CMS NPPES, used to pre-fill candidate applications based on NPI lookup
- Aggregated job postings scraped from publicly available employer career sites to expand the public job board
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services
- Match candidates to jobs and route applications to employers and recruiters
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and customer support

3. How We Share Your Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With employers and recruiters when you apply to a job — your application is delivered to the posting party
- With service providers who process data on our behalf (Stripe for billing, AWS / Railway for hosting, Microsoft Graph for email, analytics providers)
- For legal reasons when required to comply with law, protect rights, or prevent harm
- With your consent for any other purpose
We do not sell personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services and analyze usage. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit functionality.
5. Data Retention
