What counts as an "unlock"?
Revealing a candidate's email + phone OR downloading their resume PDF counts as one unlock. Searching and filtering is always free. Profile previews with masked names, training history, board status, and career intent are also free.
What is a "free re-unlock"?
Once your team unlocks a candidate, that candidate stays unlocked for your organization for 90 days. You can re-view contact info, re-download the resume, and share the profile internally as many times as you want — no additional unlock charge.
How are watermarks applied to downloaded resumes?
Every PDF download is stamped with a visible footer identifying your organization, the user who downloaded it, and the download timestamp. PDF metadata carries the same trail. This protects both you (proof of access) and us (deters resale).
How big is the database?
The MDPositions resume database is the verified-provider arm of RecruiterX — 6.9M+ NPI-verified providers across every US state and every clinical specialty. Resume coverage scales daily as candidates apply and recruiters import.
Can I cancel anytime?
