About this role

AdventHealth Castle Rock is seeking a PRN Outpatient Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team in Castle Rock, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and standards - Establish, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans including goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency of care - Document patient progress accurately and timely using measurable, objective terminology - Provide patient and caregiver education, including discharge planning and recommendations - Oversee care delivered by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides per regulatory and practice standards - Support community outreach through educational lectures, community events, and extensions of clinical expertise ### What we're looking for - Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Colorado, or temporary PT license (PT-TEMP) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required - Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; degree level must meet state licensing eligibility requirements - New graduates welcome — no prior experience required - Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office suite - Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients, staff, and clinical teams ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $35.78–$66.55 (annualized approximately $74,422–$138,424 based on 2,080 hours) - PRN/per-diem scheduling with day shifts - Opportunity to serve as a clinical instructor for professional development ### About the practice AdventHealth Castle Rock is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system committed to whole-person care across body, mind, and spirit.
