About this role

AdventHealth Castle Rock is hiring a full-time Outpatient Pelvic Health Physical Therapist at its Castle Rock, Colorado facility. ### What you'll do - Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques, then establish and adapt individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and appropriate frequency - Provide pelvic health physical therapy services and adjust patient care plans as clinical progress dictates - Document patient encounters accurately and completely in the EMR using objective, measurable terminology; charge patients accurately and in a timely manner - Educate patients and caregivers throughout the care continuum, including discharge planning and home program recommendations - Oversee care delivered by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides in accordance with regulatory and practice standards - Participate in community outreach events and educational lectures as an extension of clinical expertise ### What we're looking for - Active Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license - Current BLS/CPR certification - Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred - Pelvic health clinical focus or related experience - Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office suite - Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients, physicians, nurses, and administrative staff ### What's included - Pay range: $35.78–$66.55/hr (~$74,422–$138,424 annualized) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Pet benefits, mental health resources, and whole-person well-being programs ### About the practice AdventHealth Castle Rock is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
