Physical Therapist-Neuro Outpatient, FT, Days, $65/hr, StaffFlex contract

A Physical Therapist specializing in neuro outpatient care is needed for a full-time StaffFlex contract position with AdventHealth at the Ocala Wellness Center in Ocala, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations to assess neurological patient conditions and track progress toward goals - Establish individualized treatment plans grounded in evaluation findings and patient-specific goals - Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and home care instructions - Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic medical record - Charge for services rendered in accordance with established billing procedures and meet departmental productivity standards - Discharge patients with complete documentation and appropriate follow-up recommendations ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) licensure required - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctoral degree preferred - 5 or more years of clinical physical therapy experience required - Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required - Entry-level or higher professional competency in PT practices, theory, principles, and applications - Basic computer proficiency including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Windows preferred ### What's included - Contract rate of $65/hour (approximately $135,200 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating more than 50 hospital campuses across nine states, with a mission centered on whole-person care in body, mind, and spirit.
