### What you'll do
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and established standards.
- Establish, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans including goal setting, treatment activities, and visit frequency.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge and apply best-practice and evidence-based approaches in daily care delivery.
- Serve as a clinical instructor supporting the professional development of students and staff.
- Uphold employee and patient safety principles across all daily job activities.
- Participate in community events and educational outreach as an extension of clinical expertise.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license (required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required).
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred); degree level must meet licensure eligibility requirements.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective written, verbal, and electronic communication skills with patients, clinical staff, and administrators.
- New graduates are eligible; no prior work experience specifically required.
### What's included
- Hourly pay range: $31.55–$58.69 (approximately $65,624–$122,075 annualized at 2,080 hours).
- PRN/as-needed day-shift scheduling with flexibility.
