About this role
AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist at its clinic located at 60 Memorial Medical Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32164.
### What you'll do
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based orthopedic techniques and standards of practice.
- Document and charge accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology consistent with insurance guidelines and department policy.
- Build and maintain referral relationships through direct outreach to physicians and physician practices.
- Support community health awareness by participating in educational events, lectures, and community outreach activities.
- Adapt scheduling and coverage as patient census requires, including potential Saturday morning shifts and weekday evening coverage.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (PT) or Temporary PT license required.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; education must meet licensing body standards.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Orthopedic outpatient clinical experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build physician referral relationships and engage with the community.

- Pay range: $65,623 – $122,055 per year ($35/hour minimum).
