About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Outpatient Pelvic Physical Therapist at its Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation clinic in Orlando, Florida (De Land area).
### What you'll do
- Evaluate patients and establish individualized pelvic physical therapy plans of care using evidence-based techniques, modalities, and insurance guidelines.
- Assess functional mobility and evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems to guide treatment decisions.
- Monitor patient response and progress, modifying treatment plans as clinical findings indicate.
- Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides in accordance with Florida regulations and AdventHealth practice standards.
- Document evaluations, re-evaluations, and charges accurately and timely using objective, measurable terminology.
- Participate in community outreach, educational lectures, and physician practice marketing to build referral relationships.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license required.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; education must meet licensure eligibility standards.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
- Experience in pelvic health physical therapy is implied by the specialized role focus.
- Ability to work a 5×8-hour (Monday–Friday) or 4×10-hour (Tuesday–Friday) schedule.

- Pay range: $65,623–$122,055 per year; minimum rate of $35/hour.

This position is based within the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation department at 265 E. Rollins St., Orlando, FL, serving patients in the greater DeLand–Orlando corridor. The outpatient setting provides a structured Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
