About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist at its Sports Medicine & Rehab clinic in Kissimmee, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques aligned with standards of practice - Document and charge for services accurately, completely, and on time using measurable and objective terminology - Build and maintain referral relationships through outreach to physicians and physician practices - Participate in community events, educational lectures, and public awareness initiatives as an extension of clinical expertise - Work a flexible schedule of either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts within clinic hours (Mon–Thu 6 am–7 pm, Fri 6 am–6 pm) - Travel occasionally to partner clinics in the Celebration area as needed ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license (required) - Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred; minimum education per PT licensing board required) - BLS/CPR certification (required) - Orthopedic or sports medicine clinical background aligned with the outpatient setting ### What's included - Salary range: $65,623–$122,055 per year (minimum rate $35/hour) - Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 - Relocation assistance up to $3,000 - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of fully paid parental leave - Whole-person well-being and mental health resources ### About the practice AdventHealth's Sports Medicine & Rehab clinic at 5840 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy serves the greater Kissimmee–Celebration community with outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services.
