About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist at its Sports Medicine & Rehab clinic in Kissimmee, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques aligned with standards of practice
- Document and charge for services accurately, completely, and on time using measurable and objective terminology
- Build and maintain referral relationships through outreach to physicians and physician practices
- Participate in community events, educational lectures, and public awareness initiatives as an extension of clinical expertise
- Work a flexible schedule of either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts within clinic hours (Mon–Thu 6 am–7 pm, Fri 6 am–6 pm)
- Travel occasionally to partner clinics in the Celebration area as needed
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license (required)
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred; minimum education per PT licensing board required)
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Orthopedic or sports medicine clinical background aligned with the outpatient setting

- Salary range: $65,623–$122,055 per year (minimum rate $35/hour)
