AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist at its Lake Nona Eagle Creek clinic in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and standards of practice - Document care accurately, completely, and on time using measurable and objective terminology per insurance and department guidelines - Build and maintain referral relationships through direct outreach to physicians and physician practices - Support community awareness by participating in public events, educational lectures, and clinical outreach programs - Adapt to patient census demands by adjusting hours and supporting other AdventHealth centers and programs as directed ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Physical Therapist license (PT) or Temporary PT license required - Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred - Experience treating orthopedic physical therapy patients - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required - Ability to work a Tuesday–Friday, four-day, ten-hour shift schedule (8 am–7 pm) ### What's included - Base pay starting at $35/hour; annual salary range $65,623–$122,055 - Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus - Up to $3,000 relocation bonus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one plus four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan ### About the practice AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab at Lake Nona Eagle Creek is an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation clinic serving the Orlando metropolitan area.
