About this role

An inpatient rehabilitation RN opportunity on the night shift (3×12) at AdventHealth Winter Park in Winter Park, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for each patient. - Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to support compliance and recovery. - Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize inpatient rehabilitation care. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care or med-surge hospital setting (preferred). - CCNS or equivalent specialty certification (preferred). ### What's included - Hourly pay range of $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective from day one. - Paid time off from day one and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - CME and career development resources. - Mental health support and whole-person well-being programs. ### About the practice AdventHealth Winter Park is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based not-for-profit health network with a mission rooted in whole-person care.
