About this role
AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time Receiving Technician to support supply chain and materials management operations at its hospital campus in Parker, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against packing slips, ensuring accuracy and proper handling for all product types including refrigerated items
- Deliver supplies, equipment, and packages to internal customers throughout the facility
- Complete receiving transactions in the ERP system and scan all packing slips per established timelines
- Manage supply replenishment by stocking, counting, and straightening inventory in assigned areas
- Affix property record tags to capital equipment and communicate relevant information to the purchasing department
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, return items to suppliers, and coordinate pickup of goods as needed
### What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify, sort, and count accurately (required)
- Clear written and verbal communication in English, including direct communication with delivery drivers (required)
- Computer proficiency including keypad and keyboard use; ERP system experience preferred
- Familiarity with shipping, billing, and receiving procedures; materials management background preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred; ability to operate material handling equipment a plus
