About this role

AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator to manage hospital supply inventory and vendor relationships at its Parker, Colorado campus. ### What you'll do - Establish and maintain PAR levels to ensure adequate stock of necessary clinical and non-clinical supplies - Rotate stock using FIFO principles to prevent expiration and maintain compliance - Coordinate product trials, evaluations, and supplier meetings to resolve supply issues and assess new items - Manage product recall activities and initiate supply return requests with proper documentation - Participate in VAT Committee and performance improvement activities to support value analysis projects - Keep supply areas clean, organized, and accessible while communicating stock changes to relevant staff ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate degree in Business preferred - 1+ year of healthcare experience (required) - Basic knowledge of products and equipment used in a clinical specialty area - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - Experience with purchasing, receiving, shipping, distribution, or ERP systems (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $19.99–$31.98/hour (~$41,579–$66,518 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Pet benefits and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Parker is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
