About this role
AdventHealth is seeking a Revenue Integrity Lead at its Littleton, Colorado facility (7780 S Broadway) to oversee charge capture accuracy, data integrity, and team development within the revenue cycle department.
### What you'll do
- Manage associate timekeeping and attendance tracking via Kronos.
- Mentor and train revenue integrity associates on an ongoing basis.
- Research, resolve, and track data flow issues and coding errors across the department.
- Oversee project development and process improvement initiatives within revenue integrity.
- Apply knowledge of HCPC/CPT-4 coding to ensure charge capture compliance.
### What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting.
- Knowledge of HCPC/CPT-4 coding and associated compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an acute care or physician office charge capture/audit setting (preferred).
