Occupational Therapist OT Home Health

AdventHealth Home Health and Hospice is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve patients in their homes across Gordon County, Georgia. ### What you'll do - Deliver occupational therapy services to home health patients across Gordon County on a day-shift schedule - Supervise and plan home health aide activities in the absence of other healthcare professionals - Maintain complete and timely clinical records in accordance with established standards - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the broader care team - Refer patients and families to appropriate community resources as needed - Participate in orientation, in-service training, staff meetings, and continuing education activities ### What we're looking for - Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required - Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an OT in an acute or rehabilitation setting - Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred - BLS/CPR certification required - Working knowledge of Home Care Regulations and third-party reimbursement - Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office; valid driver's license preferred ### What's included - Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 - Pay range: $33.17–$61.69/hour ($68,994–$128,315 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth Home Health and Hospice is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
