About this role

AdventHealth Porter is hiring a Physician Informatics Advocate (Intermediate) at its Denver, Colorado facility to serve as a clinical informatics liaison supporting provider workflows and electronic health record systems. ### What you'll do - Provide 24/7 on-call support for providers and clinical extenders, including national travel to support major system implementations and go-live events. - Round with providers during care delivery to assess EMR functionality, analyze workflow impact, and document enhancement requests. - Research, validate, and log provider EMR improvement requests, then communicate recommended solutions to provider and operational teams. - Conduct annual IT outreach touchpoints with medical staff, sharing application tips and guiding best-practice workflows. - Develop and deliver training materials, provider orientations, train-the-trainer sessions, and classroom instruction for new applications and functionality. - Support change management strategies to enable smooth rollout of new application changes and post-go-live optimizations. ### What we're looking for - Active licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Physical Therapist (PT), Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), or ARRT-CT Technologist. - At least 5 years of combined clinical and informatics experience. - Advanced knowledge of provider workflows including CPOE and clinical documentation. - Hands-on experience with Epic or a comparable enterprise EMR platform (preferred). - Associate's degree in respiratory therapy or an allied health field required; Bachelor's preferred. - Demonstrated ability to analyze workflow challenges, propose solutions, and communicate technical specifications to diverse audiences. ### What's included - Base salary range: $75,044–$139,576 per year. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating hospitals and outpatient facilities across multiple states, with AdventHealth Porter located in Denver, Colorado.
