LPN Employee Health

A part-time LPN Employee Health position at AdventHealth CentraCare in Overland Park, Kansas, supporting occupational health services for hospital team members under Medical Director standing orders. ### What you'll do - Conduct pre-placement physical examinations, drug screens, and new-hire health screenings including height, weight, blood pressure, vision, and color screening - Administer IM, Sub-Q, and intradermal injections; manage required healthcare worker immunizations and vaccine administration - Perform phlebotomy and assist with laboratory and radiology screenings per OSHA testing guidelines - Maintain accurate, confidential Employee Health records in the EMR system including daily data entry, scanning, and charge capture - Support workers' compensation case management and facilitate employee compliance from new hire through annual requirements - Follow CDC isolation guidelines, infection control practices, and PPE protocols while enforcing departmental safety regulations ### What we're looking for - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Kansas - Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (required) - 2+ years of employee health experience (preferred) - Working knowledge of OSHA, CDC, NIOSH, and TJC employee health requirements - Proficiency in EMR platforms and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) ### What's included - Pay range: $20.95–$38.96/hour ($43,576–$81,037 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth CentraCare Overland Park is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based nonprofit health network operating across multiple states.
