About this role

A part-time Occupational Therapist role at AdventHealth Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation in Tavares, Florida, providing outpatient OT services Wednesday through Friday, 9 AM–6 PM. ### What you'll do - Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and established standards. - Establish, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans including goal setting, treatment activities, and visit frequency. - Document patient care accurately and timely using measurable, objective terminology and provide patient and caregiver education including discharge recommendations. - Oversee care delivered by certified occupational therapy assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides per regulatory and practice standards. - Participate in performance improvement activities and uphold departmental quality initiatives. - Represent the practice through community events, educational lectures, and public health outreach. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Occupational Therapist license (OT) or Temporary OT license required. - Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred. - BLS/CPR certification required. - Commitment to evidence-based and best-practice clinical standards. - Ability to supervise and direct OT assistants and rehab aides per applicable regulations. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.55–$58.69/hour (~$65,624–$122,075 annualized). - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Pet benefits and whole-person well-being and mental health resources. ### About the practice AdventHealth Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation at 3140 Waterman Way serves the Tavares, FL community with outpatient rehabilitation services.
