Provider Relations Liaison

A Provider Relations Liaison role at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth, based in Bolingbrook, Illinois, focused on physician referral development and retention across service lines and outpatient imaging. ### What you'll do - Manage a targeted territory of physicians and practices to develop and retain referral relationships across assigned service lines - Conduct face-to-face visits and presentations with current and prospective referring physicians and their office staff - Maintain a prospect list, territory database, and CRM records documenting physician contacts, issue resolution, and market intelligence - Coordinate team presentations with service line managers and specialists to referring physician groups - Develop and manage sales plans by analyzing physician data and identifying key referral strategies - Serve as internal liaison to facilitate physician access to services, resolve issues, and communicate new organizational offerings ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree required (Associates + 6 years or HS diploma + 10 years of equivalent experience considered) - 4+ years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in a hospital sales environment - Valid driver's license and ability to travel between hospital campuses and physician offices - Strong verbal, written, and public-speaking communication skills - Familiarity with hospital operations, service line structures, and healthcare terminology - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fluid, results-oriented environment ### What's included - Salary range: $64,537–$120,042 per year - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of fully paid parental leave - Paid time off from Day One - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice UChicago Medicine AdventHealth serves the greater Chicago southwest suburbs through a network of hospitals and outpatient facilities.
