About this role
AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time RN Oncology Navigator for its oncology program in Celebration, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Coordinate timely care across the multidisciplinary team, ensuring orders, medical records, consents, and required documentation are in place
- Navigate patients through treatment planning, medical management, and surveillance in collaboration with the Imaging Coordinator, RN Navigator, and referring providers
- Educate patients, families, caregivers, and community providers on cancer care, treatment planning, and health goals
- Evaluate care plan effectiveness and monitor patient and family responses to achieve desired outcomes
- Facilitate communication between the healthcare team, patients, outside departments, and external entities via phone, email, EMR, and patient portal
- Participate in community education and outreach programs to promote oncology health and wellness
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills; ability to work independently
