About this role
AdventHealth AHMG Oncology and Hematology is hiring a full-time RN for its outpatient oncology and hematology clinic in Orlando, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinating all aspects of oncologic patient care across the care team
- Triage cancer-related issues, administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments, and input treatment orders per the ordering physician
- Monitor patient adherence to oral chemotherapy and all other physician-ordered medications
- Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, procedures, and management of side effects
- Complete patient forms including FMLA, disability documentation, and letters of medical necessity; assist with prior authorizations for chemotherapy and infusion treatments
- Coordinate treatment appointments with the infusion center and maintain communication across voicemail, email, and Microsoft Teams
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license — required
- Minimum 1 year of oncology experience — required
- BLS/CPR certification — required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) — required; BSN preferred
- Port flush competency — required
- OCN certification and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency — preferred

### About the practice
AdventHealth Medical Group Oncology and Hematology operates out of 2501 N. Orange Ave., Suite 689, Orlando, FL, with satellite coverage at a Winter Garden office on select days. The clinic runs Monday–Thursday 8 am–5 pm and Friday 8 am–4 pm, offering a structured outpatient schedule.
