A PRN Group Fitness Instructor III position is available at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel, Florida, supporting the health and wellness programming at a faith-based regional health system. ### What you'll do - Lead group exercise classes with clear, concise instruction so all participants can follow along safely - Maintain a friendly, safe environment throughout each session - Set up and break down the group exercise room, including microphones, sound systems, projectors, and AV equipment - Report facility or equipment repair needs promptly to support member and guest satisfaction - Choreograph strength and cardiovascular training routines that are engaging and appropriately challenging ### What we're looking for - Active Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) certification from a recognized organization, or ACE-GFI certification (required) - Current CPR and First Aid/CPR/AED certification (required) - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage participants in an enthusiastic, personable manner - Creativity in designing strength and cardiovascular programming ### What's included - Pay range: $19.23–$30.77 per hour ($40,000–$64,002 annualized equivalent) - PRN/per-diem scheduling with day shifts - Employment within the AdventHealth system, a large nonprofit faith-based health network ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating across multiple states, with AdventHealth Wesley Chapel serving the greater Tampa Bay area.
