About this role

AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time Environmental Services Technician at its hospital campus in Parker, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Clean and sanitize assigned patient and public areas daily, including collecting and removing trash - Clean and disinfect areas containing bodily fluids in accordance with facility infection-control standards - Dispose of normal and biohazardous waste following established safety protocols - Stock paper items, cleaning solutions, and supplies in assigned areas - Collect and stage soiled linen for pickup - Use the Bed Management system and handheld technology to support efficient bed throughput ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) - 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare environment (preferred) - Knowledge of environmental services equipment, cleaning practices, and chemicals (preferred) - Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets, product labels, and reports - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English - Basic computer skills including standard office software; CNA certification a plus ### What's included - Pay range: $19.38–$31.01/hour (~$40,310–$64,501 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Parker is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system committed to whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
