About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Practice Office Manager II for a specialty clinic located in Overland Park, Kansas. ### What you'll do - Manage daily operations and overall performance of the specialty clinic to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate office and clinical staff, providing ongoing guidance and feedback - Develop and implement action plans targeting employee turnover, patient access, and financial outcomes - Oversee budgeting and financial analysis, contributing input for future budget planning - Monitor patient flow and ensure appropriate utilization of provider time and staff coverage - Administer practice policies and procedures consistently while coordinating with HR, payroll, and support services ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree required (or Associates + 2 years, or High School/GED + 4 years of equivalent experience) - 3+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice (preferred) - Billing and coding experience in a physician practice (preferred) - BLS/CPR certification required - Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM), LPN, or CMA credentials preferred - Demonstrated ability to analyze operational performance and execute improvement strategies ### What's included - Salary range: $60,908–$113,288 annually - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states, with a mission centered on whole-person care in body, mind, and spirit.
