Design Center Coordinator Contract

A Design Center Coordinator (Contract) at AdventHealth supports the Design Center and its leadership team in Altamonte Springs, Florida. ### What you'll do - Manage calendars for the Design Center and leadership team, coordinating schedules across work-from-home, office, and meeting formats - Plan and execute complex events end-to-end, including logistics, catering, audiovisual setup, hotel accommodations, and transportation - Process invoices and track expenses to maintain the Design Center operating budget - Coordinate with building management to ensure facilities are properly maintained and serviced - Develop presentations, reports, and documentation as requested by senior leadership - Research and gather information to support ongoing event planning and project execution ### What we're looking for - Associate's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred - Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or in a professional support/hospitality function - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; ability to type 45 wpm with minimal errors - Strong calendar management, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership - Critical thinking and problem-resolution skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $21.73–$40.42 (approximately $45,198–$84,074 annualized) - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance from Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) Retirement Plan - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states, with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
