About this role

AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab is hiring a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist at its Winter Haven, Florida clinic. ### What you'll do - Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based orthopedic techniques and standards of practice - Document patient care accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology per insurance guidelines and department policy - Build and maintain referral relationships through direct outreach to physicians and physician practices - Support community health awareness through participation in educational lectures, community events, and clinical outreach - Adapt working hours and assignments across centers and programs as patient census requires ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license required - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required - Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred - Experience treating orthopedic patients preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $63,312–$117,758 annually ($35/hour minimum) - Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus - Up to $3,000 relocation assistance - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid time off from Day One; 4 weeks fully paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab in Winter Haven operates as part of AdventHealth, a faith-based not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on treating the whole person in body, mind, and spirit.
