About this role

AdventHealth is seeking a full-time RN Nurse Manager for its oncology unit at the Winter Haven, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Provide specialized oncology nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up coordination for patients - Lead and supervise oncology nursing staff, delivering ongoing training and professional development - Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices to ensure adherence to evidence-based standards - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans - Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans to achieve optimal results - Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including documentation, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida - Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN or MSN preferred - 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a healthcare environment - Oncology clinical experience required - Chemotherapy Certificate (CHEMO) required - BLS certification required; OCN and ACLS certifications preferred ### What's included - Compensation range: $75,021–$139,533 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Winter Haven is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a network of hospitals and care sites across the United States.
