Cosmetologist

A PRN Cosmetologist position at AdventHealth's spa facility in Winter Park, Florida, providing hair, nail, and wig services to patients and spa clients. ### What you'll do - Provide nail and hair treatments to spa clients, including fitting and customization of wigs - Recommend and facilitate the sale of retail products to clients - Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and treatment areas on a daily basis - Set up and break down the work area at the start and end of each shift - Participate in spa events, pop-ups, and community events both onsite and offsite - Implement assigned marketing strategies to promote the spa ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Cosmetologist License (CL) required - Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required - High school diploma or equivalent required - 1+ year of experience as a cosmetologist in a licensed environment preferred - Lash extension experience preferred - Proficiency in multitasking, problem solving, and basic Microsoft Office skills ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $15.87–$25.38 (approximately $33,008–$52,790 annualized) - PRN/per-diem schedule with day shifts - Employment within the AdventHealth system, a large faith-based health network ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states, with this position based at the Winter Park, Florida campus at 200 N Lakemont Ave. The spa serves both patients and community members, integrating wellness services into the broader healing mission of the organization.
