AdventHealth Shawnee Mission in Shawnee Mission, Kansas is hiring a full-time Supply Chain Receiving Technician to support materials management operations at their hospital campus. ### What you'll do - Receive, inspect, and verify inbound deliveries against packing slips; process receipts accurately in the ERP system - Deliver supplies, equipment, and packages to correct internal locations throughout the facility - Manage supply replenishment for assigned areas, including counting, picking, stocking, and straightening inventory - Ensure proper handling of refrigerated and special-handling items; maintain a clean and organized work area - Affix property record tags to capital equipment and communicate asset information to purchasing - Resolve invoice discrepancies, coordinate supplier returns, and process overnight packages for rapid delivery ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify, sort, and count accurately (required) - Computer proficiency including keypad/keyboard use; experience with an ERP system (preferred) - Clear written and verbal communication in English, including direct interaction with delivery drivers (required) - Familiarity with shipping, billing, and receiving procedures (required) - 2+ years of ERP system experience (preferred); experience with material handling equipment (preferred) ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $17.88–$28.61 (approximately $37,190–$59,509 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one; four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development programs and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is a full-service community hospital located in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, part of the AdventHealth system.
