Environmental Services Lead

An Environmental Services Lead position is open with AdventHealth at AdventHealth Littleton in Littleton, Colorado, supporting night-shift housekeeping and sanitation operations across the hospital. ### What you'll do - Collect and dispose of trash and soiled linen from patient rooms and common areas in accordance with infection control protocols - Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, high dusting, wall washing, and vacuuming - Sanitize all assigned surfaces, change bed linens, and restock paper goods and supplies - Apply knowledge of infection control and isolation procedures in daily work - Operate cleaning equipment correctly and document all completed work tasks ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required - Minimum 2 years of prior environmental services experience - Previous leadership experience preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English - Basic computer proficiency ### What's included - Pay range: $19.77–$31.64 per hour (~$41,122–$65,811 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Littleton is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network committed to whole-person care in body, mind, and spirit.
