About this role

AdventHealth Redmond is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist for its Inpatient Rehabilitation unit in Rome, Georgia. ### What you'll do - Evaluate and re-evaluate patients using evidence-based techniques, establishing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and appropriate frequency. - Implement, adapt, and discharge patients from treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards and payer guidelines. - Oversee and supervise therapy aides in compliance with established regulations and practice standards. - Document evaluations, progress notes, and charges accurately and timely using objective terminology and CPT code format. - Tailor communication and clinical approach to patient age, development, and physiological norms; provide patient and caregiver education as indicated. - Participate in performance improvement activities and support departmental quality standards and community outreach efforts. ### What we're looking for - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required). - Active Georgia SLP license, or provisional/temporary SLP license (required). - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - Ability to maintain productivity standards through effective time management and clinical efficiency. - Flexibility to adjust hours and assist across centers or programs based on patient census. - Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development. ### What's included - Pay range: $30.16–$56.09/hour ($62,733–$116,667 annualized at 2,080 hours). - PRN weekend day schedule providing flexibility. - Access to AdventHealth's mission-driven, team-oriented clinical environment. ### About the practice AdventHealth Redmond is a full-service community hospital located in Rome, Georgia, operating as part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health systems in the United States.
