AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time RN for its Medical/Surgical Oncology unit in Parker, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring closely for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies to support adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize oncology patient care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado — required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) — preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification — required.
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification — preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in an acute care hospital setting — preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and team-based communication skills.

- Hourly pay range: $34.26–$59.24 (approximately $71,261–$123,219 annually).
