About this role

AdventHealth Parker is hiring a full-time RN for its Medical/Surgical Oncology unit in Parker, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors. - Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and nursing standards. - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring closely for adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies to support adherence. - Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize oncology patient care. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado — required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) — preferred. - Current BLS/CPR certification — required. - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification — preferred. - 1+ year of experience in an acute care hospital setting — preferred. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and team-based communication skills. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $34.26–$59.24 (approximately $71,261–$123,219 annually). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off beginning Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits. ### About the practice AdventHealth Parker is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
