About this role
AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a PRN Employee Health Registered Nurse to support occupational health services for team members across its Tampa-area campuses in Tampa, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Maintain accurate Employee Health records and manage compliance tracking for vaccinations, bloodborne pathogen exposures, and TB skin testing programs.
- Conduct new hire and annual health assessments for team members.
- Administer medications and vaccines within the Employee Health Department.
- Assist with workers' compensation investigation follow-up and document findings accurately.
- Organize employee health files and occupational health statistics to support data access and analysis.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, and Riverview locations.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license — required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing — preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience — required.
- Current BLS/CPR certification — required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and EMR systems — required.
- Vaccine administration and workers' compensation case management experience — preferred.
### What's included
- Hourly pay range of $32.76–$57.47 (annualized approximately $68,141–$119,538 based on hours worked).
- PRN/per-diem schedule with day shifts.
