Senior Nurse Manager Outpatient Bone Marrow Transplant Infusion Center

AdventHealth is seeking a Senior Nurse Manager to lead its Outpatient Bone Marrow Transplant Infusion Center at the AdventHealth Cancer Institute in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Manage daily clinical and non-clinical staff operations to optimize patient care, safety, and resource allocation across the BMT Infusion Center - Provide specialized oncology nursing care and ensure continuity between inpatient and outpatient oncology services - Develop, implement, and enforce evidence-based policies, procedures, and standards aligned with Commission on Cancer requirements, including survivorship care and patient navigation - Develop and manage the annual department budget and plan capital projects - Interview, hire, orient, mentor, and evaluate staff performance; verify credentials and mandatory compliance - Anticipate emerging trends in cancer care, develop new programs, and identify research opportunities ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required - BSN required; MSN preferred - 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a healthcare environment - Oncology nursing experience required - BLS certification required; ACLS preferred - Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred ### What's included - Salary range: $77,759 – $144,624 annually - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and mental health support ### About the practice AdventHealth Cancer Institute is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system serving patients across the southeastern United States.
