About this role
AdventHealth Hospice is hiring a Director of Home Health Administration to lead day-to-day operations of its home health agency in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Manage and monitor agency financial performance, including cost-reduction initiatives, reimbursement optimization, and payer credentialing.
- Direct all operational, clinical, and compliance functions in accordance with CMS, state regulatory agencies, and accrediting organization requirements.
- Ensure qualified clinical supervision is available during all operating hours and that an RN is accessible after hours (24/7) for patient concerns.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and maintain continuity across office activities.
- Oversee a quality improvement program encompassing patient safety, infection control, risk management, performance improvement projects, and patient experience monitoring.
- Collaborate with hospital leaders and care management teams to strengthen referral relationships and support transitions of care.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) licensure (required).
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in home-based care or related healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare community resources and regulatory frameworks (CMS, CLIA, state agencies).
- Strong clinical expertise, communication skills, and proven leadership abilities.
- BLS/CPR certification (preferred).
