Sr. Environmental Services Associate Sebring

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a Senior Environmental Services Associate to support housekeeping and infection control operations at its hospital campus in Sebring, Florida. ### What you'll do - Clean and sanitize patient rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and ancillary spaces on a daily basis - Collect, stage, and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste following proper protocols - Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming - Change bed linens and restock paper products and cleaning supplies on assigned units - Document completed work and maintain cleaning cart inventory each shift - Train front-line associates, address performance concerns, and validate accountability expectations ### What we're looking for - Minimum 1 year of technical or environmental services experience (required) - Demonstrated knowledge of infection control procedures and isolation protocols - Ability to safely operate and maintain standard housekeeping equipment - Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel - Strong English communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $15.46–$24.73/hour ($32,157–$51,438 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network operating across multiple states.
