About this role

AdventHealth Sebring is hiring a Senior Environmental Services Associate for nights at its Sebring, Florida hospital campus. ### What you'll do - Clean patient rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and ancillary spaces on assigned night shift rotation - Collect, stage, and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste following infection-control protocols - Perform sweeping, dust mopping, damp mopping, high dusting, wall washing, scrubbing, bed making, and vacuuming - Stock carts and assigned areas with paper products and cleaning solutions each shift - Document completed work and maintain equipment in safe, operational condition - Train front-line associates, address concerns, and support accountability for team performance ### What we're looking for - Minimum 1 year of technical experience in environmental services or a related field (required) - Demonstrated knowledge of infection control, isolation procedures, and proper cleaning-equipment operation - Ability to communicate effectively in English - Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) - 2+ years of technical experience (preferred) ### What's included - Pay range: $15.46–$24.73/hr ($32,157–$51,438 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Sebring is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network operating across multiple states.
