AdventHealth Winter Park is hiring a Physical Therapist for its Clinical Physical Therapy Fellowship program at its Winter Park, Florida campus.
### What you'll do
- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and standards of practice.
- Establish, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans including goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency of care.
- Document patient care accurately and completely in the EMR using measurable, objective terminology.
- Provide patient and caregiver education, including discharge planning and home-program recommendations.
- Oversee care delivered by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides per state regulations.
- Serve as a clinical instructor and participate in community education events and outreach initiatives.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license required.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; education must meet licensing body requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients, staff, and physicians.
- New graduates welcome; no prior work experience required.
