About this role
A Design Center Coordinator (13-week contract) is needed at AdventHealth's Design Center in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Manage calendars for the Design Center and senior leadership team, coordinating in-office, remote, and meeting schedules
- Plan and execute complex events end-to-end, including logistics, catering, audiovisual support, and venue coordination
- Process invoices and track expenses to maintain the Design Center budget
- Organize on-site and off-site group experiences, arranging hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Develop presentations, reports, and documentation as directed by leadership
- Coordinate with building management to ensure facilities are properly maintained
### What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or in a professional support/hospitality role
- Associate degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or equivalent education/experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; ability to type 45 wpm with minimal errors
- Strong calendar management skills and experience supporting executive leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities
