About this role

AdventHealth Home Health and Hospice is hiring a PRN Home Health Aide / CNA to deliver in-home patient care across six counties in northwest Georgia, based out of Calhoun, GA. ### What you'll do - Provide personal hygiene and comfort care to patients in their homes across Bartow, Floyd, Gordon, Catoosa, Whitfield, and Murray counties - Assess skin condition for potential breakdown and communicate findings to appropriate clinical personnel - Obtain vital signs per policy and report abnormal findings to the care team - Complete treatments, procedures, and documentation as directed by supervising staff - Maintain patient privacy, a clean care environment, and professional relationships with patients and care team members - Participate in staff meetings, mandatory in-services, and educational programs relevant to home health practice ### What we're looking for - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance (required) - CNA, CPCT/A, or EMT certification (preferred) - 1+ year of experience in home health care or as a nurse's aide in an institutional setting (preferred) - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) - Demonstrated ability to manage the physical and interpersonal demands of field-based patient care ### What's included - Pay range: $15.16–$24.26/hour ($31,533–$50,461 annualized) - PRN schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM - Work with a mission-driven health system that supports professional development and continuing education ### About the practice AdventHealth Home Health and Hospice provides community-based care to patients across northwest Georgia, operating under the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health networks in the United States.
