About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Orthopedic Occupational Therapist for its outpatient clinic at 2400 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and standardized assessment tools.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best-practice standards, insurance guidelines, and patient goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as clinical needs evolve.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive orthopedic care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and objective clinical documentation per department, hospital, and payer standards.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license or Temporary OT license (required).
- BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred).
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential (preferred).
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
- Ability to float to Partin, Celebration, and Lake Nona Eagle Creek clinic sites as caseload requires.

- Salary range: $65,623 – $122,055 per year.
