An Occupational Therapist (OT) role at AdventHealth serving outpatient clinics across the East Orlando, Lake Nona, and Innovation Tower locations in Orlando, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform OT evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and standards of practice.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices, insurance guidelines, and patient goals.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as indicated, and provide discharge planning with adaptive equipment guidance.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and expected outcomes; collaborate with the broader care team.
- Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides per established regulations.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using objective terminology per CPT coding guidelines and department policy.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida OT license (or Temporary OT license) — required.
- BLS/CPR certification — required.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy — preferred.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential — preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency — preferred.
- Ability to support multiple clinic locations across the Orlando metro area as needed.

- Compensation range: $65,623 – $122,055 per year.
