About this role
AdventHealth Hospice is hiring a full-time Nurse Manager, RN for its hospice patient care program based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard qualified nursing personnel to maintain adequate hospice staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations, deliver ongoing education and training, and resolve staff conflicts to sustain a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and manage the nursing unit budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives using data and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, formulate individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, compliant hospice care.
### What we're looking for
- Active RN license (required); BSN required, MSN preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience and 1 year of leadership experience (2+ years preferred in each).
- BLS certification required; CHPN and CNML certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (Cerner) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements including Joint Commission and OSHA standards.
- Strong critical thinking, budget management, and human resources competencies.

### About the practice
AdventHealth Hospice operates out of its Centennial, Colorado office and serves patients across the greater Denver metro area, with Monday–Friday daytime hours and rotating on-call duties.
