Enrollment Specialist Managed Care

An Enrollment Specialist – Managed Care role is available with AdventHealth Team Member Services at the Southwoods Building in Maitland, Florida. ### What you'll do - Manage provider enrollment for primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers across payer networks - Enter and maintain accurate physician and provider demographic data in enrollment systems, including MD Staff and CAQH - Review applications to verify completeness and accuracy; track expiring documents and request renewals from practice management - Maintain a comprehensive database of all enrollment and credentialing materials for employed providers - Communicate enrollment application status and documentation requirements to provider onboarding staff and practice managers - Participate in meetings with regional leadership on physician onboarding, payer issues, and internal process matters ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in healthcare required; 4+ years in managed care preferred - Proficiency in MD Staff required; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook required - Familiarity with CAQH preferred - Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy at high productivity volumes - Effective communication skills for coordinating across onboarding, credentialing, and practice management teams ### What's included - Pay range: $19.22–$35.75/hour ($39,978–$74,360 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Whole-person well-being and mental health resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities across multiple states.
