About this role

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician III at its Orlando, Florida facilities campus, supporting day-to-day operations of a large health system facility. ### What you'll do - Perform general equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations - Respond to in-house work orders and preventative maintenance requests daily and in a timely manner - Troubleshoot, test, and repair mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures under limited guidance - Assist in the operation and upkeep of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems - Monitor work performed by outside contractors to verify requirements are met and results are documented accurately - Maintain complete and accurate maintenance logs and records ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent, OR 5+ years of relevant experience - Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience - Valid Driver's License (required) - Ability to read blueprints, work from sketches, and interpret safety and operating documentation - Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications - Strong documentation skills and ability to generate material requisitions ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $23.91–$44.46 (approx. $49,733–$92,477 annually) - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance from Day One - Paid Time Off from Day One - 403-B Retirement Plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, nonprofit health system operating across multiple states with a mission centered on whole-person care.
