About this role

A Facilities Manager opportunity is available with AdventHealth at their South Orlando campus located at 601 E Rollins St, Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Oversee all preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance tasks across the hospital facility - Manage and monitor maintenance and construction projects to meet quality and safety standards - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs in compliance with DNV, AHCA, OSHA, and NFPA regulations - Respond to emergency facility calls and coordinate prompt corrective action - Collaborate with clinical departments to schedule maintenance tasks without disrupting patient care - Apply continuous quality improvement principles to assess service effectiveness and prevent patient safety incidents ### What we're looking for - Minimum 5 years of relevant facilities experience in a healthcare setting - Demonstrated competency with building automation systems, DDC Controls, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Boilers, Chillers, and HVAC/R - Working knowledge of regulatory requirements from DNV, AHCA, OSHA, and NFPA - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - CHFM, EPA Refrigerant Universal, or DNV CHOP certifications preferred ### What's included - Salary range: $66,171 – $123,073 per year - Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Paid time off from day one - 4 weeks of fully paid parental leave - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth South Orlando is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care.
