About this role

A part-time Rehabilitation Therapy Aide role at AdventHealth Celebration in Celebration, Florida, supporting licensed therapists across inpatient rehabilitation services on a Sunday, Monday, and Thursday schedule (8am–6:30pm). ### What you'll do - Assist licensed therapists with direct patient care, treatment activities, and assigned clinical tasks - Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a safe, clean care environment for patients - Recognize and respond appropriately to situations that increase patient or staff safety risk - Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings - Perform clerical duties including front-office coverage, scheduling, supply ordering, and telephone management - Adapt to workload changes by supporting other areas, centers, or programs as directed by the supervisor ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (preferred) - Ability to anticipate needs and carry out assigned duties promptly under therapist supervision - Effective communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members - Willingness to participate in department meetings, educational sessions, and performance improvement activities ### What's included - Pay range: $15.15–$22.73/hour (~$31,512–$47,278 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is a full-service hospital located in Celebration, Florida, operated by AdventHealth, one of the largest faith-based health systems in the United States.
