Rehabilitation Therapy Aide

A Rehabilitation Therapy Aide supports licensed therapists in delivering patient care at AdventHealth Kissimmee in Kissimmee, Florida. ### What you'll do - Assist licensed therapists with direct patient care and treatment under supervision - Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a safe, clean care environment - Recognize and respond to situations that increase patient or staff safety risk - Perform clerical duties including scheduling, supply ordering, answering phones, and form completion - Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals across care settings - Adapt to workload changes by supporting other areas, centers, or programs as directed ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (preferred) - Ability to work Wednesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM - Strong communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams - Willingness to participate in performance improvement activities and practice changes ### What's included - Pay range: $15.15–$22.73/hour (~$31,512–$47,278 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of fully paid parental leave - Career development and mental health support resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Kissimmee is part of the AdventHealth system, a faith-based, not-for-profit health network operating across multiple states.
