About this role
AdventHealth Porter is hiring a part-time Oncology RN for night shift at their inpatient unit in Denver, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors for oncology patients.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care across the care continuum.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Colorado licensure or eligibility required.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Oncology Nurse Society (ONS) certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
### What's included
- Hourly pay range: $34.26–$59.24 (approximately $71,261–$123,219 annualized at 2,080 hours).
